This site (incred.golf) is run by Incred Golf Inc., based at 59 Hilldale Road, Albertson, NY 11507. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All putters are custom-built to your specifications. Check your order before you submit it. Once production starts, we cannot make changes.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

Prices are in USD. Taxes, duties, and shipping (if applicable) are added at checkout.

Payment is taken in full at checkout via Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your card details.

Intellectual Property

Incred Golf, Reverse Face Balanced®, Face Down Putter®, RFB, the Incred logo, and all content on this site (text, images, videos, product designs, testing data) belong to Incred Golf Inc.

Do not copy, reproduce, or resell any of it without written permission.

Our putter technology is patent-protected (filed September 2023, published 2024, grant pending).

Performance Claims

The testing data on this site (including independent robotic testing by Blair Philip / TRU2SPORTS LLC) is real and accurately reported. But putting is personal. Your results will depend on your stroke, the greens you play, and how much time you spend with the putter. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

Testimonials are from real people sharing their honest experience. They are not a promise that you will get the same results.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If something goes wrong with your purchase, our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product. That is the ceiling.

We do our best to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee it will be available 100% of the time.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your account details secure. Do not use the site for anything illegal. Do not try to hack it, scrape it, or use bots on it.

If a third-party link on our site takes you somewhere problematic, that is on them, not us.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. It is part of these terms.

Legal

These terms are governed by New York state law. If there is a dispute, it goes to the courts in Nassau County, New York.

We can update these terms at any time. If we do, the new version takes effect when we post it. Keep using the site = you accept the update.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

These terms, plus our Shipping, Returns, Warranty, and Privacy policies, are the whole agreement between you and Incred Golf.
