Ball roll in RPM is a measure of how well a ball will STAY on its line.

A ball that is rotating on the axis of the line decelerates more predictably and allows a player to predict the rate at which it slows. This predictability is crucial to understanding the relationship of pace and line. The ability of a player to match pace and line will be directly improved with an increase in ball roll.

NOTE: The high Rotational value of the Taylor Made mallet and the Callaway Triple Track was extremely high and skewed the data significantly.

The Incred Black Mallet putters rolled MUCH better on average (77%) than the LAB putters tested on center strikes and showed significantly lower Skid numbers (14%).
