Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Incred putter. If it is not right for you, we are happy to work with you.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your putter.
Standard Putters (Stock Specifications)
· Returned in new, unused condition: full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fee.
· Returned with signs of use: refund minus a $75 restocking fee. The putter must be in good working condition with no structural damage.
Custom-Fitted Putters (Fitted Through Incred Golf or a Certified Fitter)
· Returned in new or lightly used condition: refund minus a $150 restocking fee. Custom putters are built to your exact measurements and specifications, which is why a restocking fee applies.
· If your putter was not fitted through Incred Golf or a certified fitter, custom putters cannot be returned.
Bespoke Putters (Custom Engraving and Personalisation)
· Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of Bespoke putters, these are non-refundable. If your Bespoke putter arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it under our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty.
Non-Putter Merchandise
· Accessories, apparel, and other items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Full refund, no restocking fee.
How to Return
1. Email help@incred.golf within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked, insured service.
4. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Do not ship a return without an RA number. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
For international returns, the customer also covers any duties or taxes on the return shipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
· Before production begins: you may change your specifications or cancel your order at no charge. Contact us as soon as possible at help@incred.golf.
· After production begins: once your putter enters manufacturing (you will receive an email notification), changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
What Cannot Be Returned?
· Bespoke putters (custom engraved / personalised)
· Custom-fitted putters not fitted through Incred Golf or a certified fitter
· Items returned after the 30-day window
· Items with structural damage from misuse or modification
· Items returned without a Return Authorisation number
· Gift cards
Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
Your Incred putter is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own it. If something breaks because of how we built it, we fix it or replace it. Free.
Most putter brands offer a 1-year warranty. We offer lifetime — because we believe in what we build.
What is covered:
· Structural failure of the head, shaft, or face under normal use
· Manufacturing defects (alignment issues, balance inconsistencies, finish defects that affect function)
What is not covered:
· Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, copper patina, grip wear)
· Damage from abuse, misuse, or neglect
· Modifications or repairs done by anyone other than Incred Golf
· Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance
· Putters bought from unauthorised resellers
To make a warranty claim, email help@incred.golf with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos. If approved, we cover return shipping from our workshop back to you. We repair or replace the putter at no charge.
The warranty is for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase.
