Terms

Partnership Agreement Summary

All partners sign a simple agreement. Here's what it covers:

Initial 3-month term, then rolling 6-month reviews
Either party can end the partnership after the initial term with written notice
Content schedule agreed together — captions reviewed before posting
Post analytics shared one week after each post
Content can be used by Incred Golf for marketing (you keep rights to your channels)
One video testimonial during the partnership
FTC disclosure required on all sponsored content (#ad or verbal disclosure)
Putter on loan for 3 months — ownership transfers after fulfilling content obligations
Governed by the laws of New York State

The full partnership agreement will be sent for digital signature after your application is approved.
