Our Story

The Origin: A Problem Without a Solution
The Incred Golf story begins not in a golf corporation's design lab nor as a billionaire's vanity project, but in a moment of frustration at a PGA Superstore in Long Island three years ago. The founder, with a background in precision engineering and filmmaking, couldn’t find a single putter that felt right. Most people would have walked away disappointed. Instead, he decided to take a shot at building his own.

I went to LA to meet Jeff Meyer, the Chief Design Officer at LA Golf. Jeff liked our putters and asked me to put our putters on a robotic device and perform some tests so that they could compare them apples to apples with their putters.

I went to the only person I knew who had a robotic putting device and the most knowledgable person I have met in the putting world so far. Blair Philip.

The Team

Nakul Sood, CEO

Nakul is an entrepreneur and inventor. He has designed over 100 products for pro audio and video, and 7 technology platforms before Incred golf putters. He studied literature, then film at NYU. He worked as a director, screenwriter and cinematographer.

He’s been a golfer for 30 years. He lives between golf tournaments globally, Long Island, NY and the hills around Dehradun, India.

Zack Miller, COO

Write a short bioZack was an NCAA All-America golfer at Stanford University where he was the team captain of the 2007 NCAA National Championship-winning team.

He went on to play 8 years of professional golf that included 43 PGA TOUR starts and 53 Korn Ferry starts.

He currently lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife Sarah, and son, Bo. here...

Nishant Kapoor, CMO

Nishant is an expert in D2C brands and has taken several start-ups to several million dollars of sales.

He started his first Online Marketplace in Hong Kong for Pet Products in 2009. His last marketing role was with Fourth Frontier a wearable ECG heart monitor for high level sports athletes.

He lives in London with his wife and 2 kids.

How we build putters

1. Gravity-Driven, Putting Robot
2. Flat artificial indoor green surface (Green Stimp 12)
3. Head Speed 5 MPH (25-foot putt)
4. All putters were tested on Center, Heel and Toe hits (margin ½ inch off center)
5. Sample Size for all individual tests was N=12 putts per test or 36 separate putts per putter
