Shipping policy

Every Incred putter is hand-milled to order. Here is what to expect.

How Long Does It Take?

·       Build time: 7–10 business days

·       Shipping: 3–5 business days (domestic US)

·       Total: roughly 2 weeks from order to doorstep

You will get an email when your order is confirmed, another when it ships, and a tracking number so you can follow it.

Domestic (US)

Free shipping on all putter orders. No minimum, no code needed.

Putters ship fully insured via FedEx or UPS from New York.

International

We ship to 25+ countries. Rates are calculated at checkout.

You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. We have no control over these and cannot predict the amount.

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

If your country is not listed at checkout, email us at help@incred.golf and we will try to work something out.

Damaged in Transit?

Every putter ships insured. If yours arrives damaged:

1.     Take photos of the box and the damage.

2.     Email us within 48 hours at help@incred.golf with your order number and photos.

3.     We will replace or repair it at no cost to you.

Keep the original packaging until we resolve it.

Wrong Address?

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, you will need to cover re-shipping.
